Ranforce is a tightly woven, 100% cotton fabric made using a plain weave — threads woven in a simple over-under pattern, the most basic and durable way to weave fabric. That construction gives it a smooth, breathable surface. Percale is a similarly tightly-woven cotton with a slightly crisper, cooler feel; sateen has a smoother, subtly glossy surface from a different weave. Ranforce sits comfortably between the two — durable and breathable, without chasing sateen's glossy sheen.

This fabric is 57 Wire. Wire count (thread count) measures roughly how many threads are woven into a square area of fabric — but it isn't the whole story; the weave, the yarn, and the finishing matter just as much. 57 Wire sits toward the everyday end of the range rather than a premium high-thread-count tier — a straightforward, honestly-priced everyday cotton sheet.

This is a King size fitted sheet, not a Double — genuinely different from Interio's Double-sized bedroom textiles like our bedspread sets and duvet cover set. It measures 150 x 200cm, with a genuinely deep 36cm pocket, comfortably suiting most standard and moderately thick King mattresses — though it falls short of the "extra deep" tier some retailers build to (typically 42cm and above), aimed at unusually thick mattresses or mattress-and-topper combinations.

Why don't fitted sheets fit anymore? Usually it's one of two things: the elastic has worn out over time and washing, or the sheet was bought for the wrong mattress depth in the first place — not usually a fault with the mattress. This sheet is elasticated all round, including the corners, and its confirmed 36cm depth is built to grip snugly on a correctly matched King mattress.

Expect delivery within 2–4 business days across Ireland. Delivery costs €8.99 unless your order reaches Interio's €250 free-delivery threshold — at €20, this sheet is a modest step toward that threshold on its own, but won't reach it alone.

Covered by the standard two-year statutory guarantee of conformity under Irish and EU consumer law. As a bed sheet, it can't be returned once opened for a simple change of mind, for hygiene reasons — if it arrives faulty, that's fully covered.
